Step 2: Phone screening

We’ll have a phone call to discuss expectations from an internship for you and LCHT.



Step 3: Full application

We will ask you to complete the full internship application.



Step 4: Interview

You’ll be invited for a formal interview.

NOTE: At this time, LCHT's Leadership Development Program is an unpaid internship. There is a small needs-based scholarship available to accepted interns. If you are applying from outside of Colorado, nationally or internationally, we do not have the capacity to financially sponsor interns to relocate to Denver.
