Rose Inglis
Leadership Development Program Manager
Rose Inglis is the Leadership Development Program Manager at the Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking, where she leads initiatives to empower the next generation of anti-trafficking leaders. Originally from Australia and now based in Colorado, Rose blends a global perspective with local action in her approach to leadership development.
She holds a combined Bachelor of Laws/Arts and a Master of Laws in Human Rights Law from University College London (UCL). Rose has extensive experience in legal education, leadership development, and career coaching. Prior to joining LCHT, she founded a boutique consultancy focused on advancing ethical leadership and career growth within the legal profession. Her work spans coaching, curriculum design, and facilitation, with a particular focus on supporting individuals navigating career transitions. She is deeply committed to creating inclusive and inspiring learning environments that honor both personal transformation and systemic impact.
Rose brings a strategic and human-centered approach to cultivating leadership capacity. At the heart of her work is a belief in the power of connection, courage, and community to drive meaningful change.
When not working, Rose enjoys spending time with her young family, reading, swimming, cooking, and travelling.
