About the Hotline’s Origins

Colorado’s Human Trafficking Hotline was originally developed through the Colorado Network to End Human Trafficking (CoNEHT), a statewide collaborative formed in 2005 to strengthen coordinated, survivor-centered responses to human trafficking in Colorado. Early CoNEHT partners included Colorado Legal Services and Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN) .

Today, the Hotline is fully managed and operated by the Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking (LCHT).
