Brief description of services provided

The Legal program at the Center for Trauma and Resilience provides legal assistance to immigrant spouses, children and, in some cases, parents who have suffered abuse and/or extreme mental cruelty from a United States Citizen (USC) or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR).It also serves undocumented victims of qualifying crimes through the humanitarian U Visa petition.
