Mission statement

To strengthen families, educate the community, and provide resources and training needed to save lives and protect victims of domestic violence, their children and all other crime victims.

Brief description of services provided

AVRC is a crisis intervention agency that assists all victims of violent crime. We provide crisis hotline services, safety planning, advocacy, emergency shelter, peer counseling, children and group counseling, Legal Advocacy & Accompaniment, relocation assistance, and financial assistance.
