Together Again Live - In-Person Guest Details

DIRECTIONS

Together Again Live will take place at the Tivoli Turnhalle, located in the southeast corner of the Tivoli Student Union on Auraria Campus. We are encouraging all guests to use the paid parking inside the Tivoli Parking Garage at 901 Walnut St, Denver, CO 80204. It is a short two-minute walk to the venue!

IMPORTANT! PARKING VALIDATION FOR DAILY RATE DISCOUNT

If you park at the Tivoli Parking Garage, you MUST use the following validation code to receive the discounted daily rate of $7.25.

TIVOLI GARAGE VALDIATION CODE: 1067899

To use the code, locate a blue kiosk pay machine in the garage. (You can not use the code on the pay app) You will provide the code, your license plate #, and payment at the machine. Payment is required immediately upon parking.

EVENT OVERVIEW

Doors for Together Again Live will open by 6PM. There will be light appetizers as well as an apple cider + hot chocolate bar available throughout the night! The program will start at 7PM and feature three storytellers and a set from the musical duo The Reminders. The livestream will be available at combathumantrafficking.org/live. The program will end around 8PM. Guests will have opportunities throughout the night to learn about anti-trafficking and support LCHT directly. We can’t wait to be together!

PROOF OF VACCINATION (or Negative Test) + MASK REQUIREMENT

In service of community safety, ALL in-person attendees must be at least 12 years old and present evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19 OR provide negative test results from a COVID test taken within 72 hours of the event. This rule will be strictly enforced. Masks are also required by the venue at all times throughout the event unless eating or drinking.

FAQs

Acceptable documentation may be a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or a digital copy of such card (A photo of the front and back of your vaccination card will be accepted.) The MyColorado ID App is the easiest way to present a digital record. You can download and set it up here.

“Full vaccination” means 14 days or more following the final dose of a US FDA approved or WHO recognized vaccine against COVID-19 (e.g., Moderna, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca/SK Bioscience, Serum Institute of India/COVISHIELD and Vaxzevria, Sinopharm, and Sinovac).

You can provide physical or digital proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test taken no earlier than 72 hours prior to the event. Simply saying you took a test will not be accepted.

If you pre-registered, you should have received an email with the subject line “Your Tickets for Together Again, Live!” that has your digital tickets. Click “Access Tickets” to have them ready on your smartphone for scanning at check-in. You can also print them, but that’s not necessary. If you can’t access your tickets at the door, we can alternatively look your ticket up by you name.

Anybody who didn’t pre-register can still register up to the night of the event on the registration page at combathumantrafficking.org/live . We will only be able to admit non-registered guests on-site if space allows, so please pre-register.

Yes! We have light appetizers as well as apple cider, hot chocolate, and water available for all guests. This event is not serving alcohol. Guests are permitted to take off masks when eating or drinking.

Masks are required on Auraria Campus for all guests while indoors, regardless of vaccination status. You may remove your mask while eating or drinking.

We are encouraging all guests to act responsibly and practice social distancing whenever possible. The Tivoli Turnhalle venue seats a maximum of 500 people, but we have capped participation at 250 people in order to provide all guests more space and reduce the overall transmission risk.

Together Again Live is being hosted at the Tivoli Turnhalle on Auraria Campus. There is no free parking and minimal metered parking in the area. We strongly recommend using the Tivoli Parking Garage at 901 Walnut St, Denver, CO 80204. The closest RTD stop would be the Colfax at Auraria station- about a 10 minute walk away.
