We’ll create a supportive and confidential relationship where you’ll grow and become more yourself. We’ll work toward making your best hopes a reality. Anxiety, depression, and confusion are hard. You don’t have to experience them alone and without help. I support you when you look inside at intense emotions, or upsetting thoughts. I use a collaborative approach and an increased awareness of the present moment, as well as the mind and body, to help you make empowered changes and increase peace and wellbeing in your life. I help adults and teens feel better by helping them decrease anxiety and depression and improve relationships. Clients become more accepting, more resilient, more creative, more hopeful, and live more in the now. I often use mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), cognitive and behavioral therapy, person centered, trauma informed approaches. I offer free 15 minute phone consultation so you can ask questions, see how we fit, and get started in therapy faster. I have experience supporting sexual assault survivors. I provide inclusive, culturally aware, and anti-racist therapy that is LGBTQ+ empowering, sex-positive and neurodiversity affirming. I’d be honored to work with you.
