Restoring and reintegrating women survivors of sex-trafficking through comprehensive, Christ-centered care provided by Catholic religious sisters and a faith-filled community.

Brief description of services provided

Avodah provides space for women survivors of sex trafficking, families, and young people to find restoration through the creative act of farming, compassionate and supportive housing, and integration of teaching and prayer. The Supportive Housing Program, Villa Stella Maris, provides dignified bedrooms and living spaces for women and children which allows for a space for women to rest, heal, and restore during their time here. Services include: Individual and group therapy, art therapy, music therapy, horticultural therapy, animal therapy, nutrition and healthy living education, parenting classes, job preparation programs (Avodah Farms), cooking classes, continued education, higher education, Physical Health: medical and dental care psychiatric care, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management, Spiritual Healing: prayer, mass, community involvement, bible studies, personalized case management,  full restoration for the future.
