Avodah Collective

Avodah provides space for women survivors of sex trafficking, families, and young people to find restoration through the creative act of farming, compassionate and supportive housing, and integration of teaching and prayer. The Supportive Housing Program, Villa Stella Maris, provides dignified bedrooms and living spaces for women and children which allows for a space for women to rest, heal, and restore during their time here. Blue Sky Bridge is a non-profit organization located in Boulder, Colorado working in child abuse intervention and education. We use the Child Advocacy Center model to create a child-focused approach to abuse investigations in partnership with law enforcement, social services and the District Attorney’s office. Blue Sky Bridge provides skilled forensic interviews of children and vulnerable adults, crisis counseling and support to non-offending caregivers, therapy for children and families, medical examinations, and education programs to increase community awareness and to empower the community to prevent sexual abuse of children.

Covered Colorado works with sex trafficking survivors over the age of 18, and their children. Our programs meets survivors where they are. We empower and honor every survivor toward a life of healing and self-sufficiency. We provide advocacy and a healthy community through case management, mentoring, life skills, and coaching to navigate their finances, employment, and relational skills. While each program phase is separate, we work together to meet each survivor where they are and walk them gently to the next step.

Crisis Center

The Crisis Center provides services to survivors of domestic violence and their children though emergency shelter, community advocacy, legal advocacy and counseling. Our clinical team is trained in a variety of therapies to assist adults and children. The Crisis Center’s community advocacy program is a 10-week program that allows clients and Crisis Center advocates to work together to achieve the client’s desired goals. The legal advocacy program includes assistance with restraining orders, legal referrals, court accompaniment and general support navigating the civil and criminal justice systems. Both the community advocacy program and the legal advocacy program works with individuals from Douglas, Elbert, Lincoln and Arapahoe Counties
