Mission statement

Beautiful Feet Wellness was founded to serve people coming out of the sex trade or human trafficking, and the organizations that serve them, utilizing expertise in fitness, wellness coaching, and spiritual growth.

Brief description of services provided

Beautiful Feet Wellness serves the larger community through wellness programming and education on the issue of human trafficking. Beautiful Feet Wellness provides fitness and wellness services to people exiting the sex trade for reduced or no cost in order to help them find their healthy lifestyle and move through recovery. Types of services include group fitness classes, yoga, Zumba, Barre, cardio, strength, mindfulness, pool exercise, as well as individual training and wellness advice.

All In-person services and virtual services are free & available to survivors of HT and individuals leaving the sex trade in Metro Denver > N. Colo (Virtual services avail statewide)

  • Trained in ADA accessible fitness
  • All volunteers are survivor leaders/lived experience experts (addiction recovery) w TIC training
  • ID might be needed to attend classes at gym (waiver);
    • can accompany Jenny (founder) for free to gym/classes 7 days/wk at YMCA
  • “Faith forward” organization – technically faith-based (founded on religious principles) but won’t bring it up unless survivor wants to
Service details (internal only)

Survivor-led program focused on peer support/community and partnering with survivors on their wellness journey

  • Virtual Community Group: 6wk group focused on personal and relational empowerment
  • Local Meetups: social and recreational meetups for survivors to interact & make friends (not trauma focused)
  • Fitness Classes: yoga, mindfulness, Zumba, barre, HIIT, total body, strength, dance, pool exercise, & hybrid fitness classes
    • virtual (live & recorded), community classes, or accompany Jenny (founder) when she is leading class at YMCA (7 days/wk)
  • Personal Training: work 1:1 with a personal trainer on an individualized fitness & wellness plan
  • Life Skills & Wellness Coaching: 1:1 support and advice from lived experience expert to build healthy lifestyle
    • may include mindfulness/meditation, coping skills, nutrition, art, navigating social situations/life in general
  • How to Fit: survivor-facing website to connect to physical, mental, and emotional wellness resources as well as the wider survivor community.
    • Wellness plans and videos can be created to fit their specific needs and goals by contacting through website
