Kalyn Pascale
Kalyn Pascale is the Development and Operations Manager at Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking (LCHT). She holds a degree in International Relations focusing on Human Rights from Florida International University School of International and Public Affairs. Kalyn is an AIESEC alumna and has completed two United Nations sustainable development projects abroad focused on poverty reduction and access to education. She studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain, and has lived with 6 different host families in France, Spain, Morocco, Indonesia, Mexico, and Colombia.

Kalyn has spent her career working in the nonprofit sector holding diverse roles focused on philanthropy, stakeholder engagement, grassroots advocacy, program implementation, and strategic planning. Previously, she worked at Mile High United Way overseeing grant funding and capacity-building for community partners in Denver. Kalyn is passionate about social justice, sustainable policy solutions, and human rights.

When not working, you can find Kalyn on the dance floor, singing karaoke, listening to NPR, exploring Colorado, and planning her next trip.
