AJ and Amanda: Sixteen Years of Friendship and Partnering for Anti-Trafficking

Today we’re proud to share a special conversation between our two co-founders, Amanda Finger and Dr. Annjanette Alejano-Steele, better known as AJ. If you didn’t know, Amanda and AJ’s friendship and work in anti-trafficking spans over 16 years. They recently sat down together in Denver to remember some of that history, discuss their unique partnership, and share how they’ve supported each other over the years.

This conversation was originally recorded in May of 2021 with the support of Denver Community Media Center for the Voices of Freedom Project, a collaboration with StoryCorps.
